i-Rose and Extra Delicates (Kosovo) in Sales Synergy

We are proudly announcing that we integrated our solution, MSP from i-Rose with Pantheon ERP from Datalab. Extra Delicates from Kosovo, use MSP support for all business processes that occur in the field sales process. MSP provides offline sales process, generating invoices and orders on the field for Extra Delicates’s customers in Kosovo. This functionality, especially in locations without GPRS internet, provide the company with uninterrupted sales process. Advantages from having installed application on mobile device, compared with competitive web application for field sales process, are so important for successfully field sales. During 2019, a huge number of invoices and orders are created by Extra Delicates’s field sales agent. Implementation process was fast and efficient,

InCom ERP, provided implementation and support services for this project. But, most important this company from North Macedonia, created synchronization application which is used to exchange data between Pantheon ERP and MSP. This application, transfer basic data and information about van stock in mobile devices, and create invoices and orders in Pantheon ERP.
